      <image:title>Home - 1:1 Sessions (virtual and in-person)</image:title>
<image:caption>These bodies are such tender creatures full of wisdom to heal when met with gentle presence, respect, and guidance. I speak and listen in the language of your body and teach you to do the same. Together we’ll play in paradox, unwind tension, honor what’s ready to be released, and cultivate the conditions mind-and-body for you to experience what you what you most desire. We work with the body using techniques such as mindful noticing, movement, art, parts work/IFS, visualization, hypnosis, and tapping/EFT. These session are typically virtual as I work with clients all over the world. As a bodyworker, I also provide in-person sessions that may include a variety of techniques such as body mapping or body dearmouring (a fusion of acupressure, breathwork, visualisation, sound, and emotional release). As memories and tension patterns are released its not uncommon to experience immediate relief from pain, openness and lightness in the physical and emotional body. If you’d like to explore 1:1 sessions (virtual or in-person) grab a time on my calendar and let’s talk. Consultations are free.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Sessions for Partners</image:title>
<image:caption>Partnership of any variety can bring alive our cellular memory around topics of trust, freedom, power, safety, attachment, voice, choice, boundaries, and belonging. I work with partners of all configurations (monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, straight, and queer) to support gentle exploration of how these topics live in our individual bodies and in the connection. This approach allows us to navigate relational challenges with more honesty, safety, and compassion. The side-effects are more ease in the connection, a softer lens through which to see the other, and expanded capacity for pleasure, intimacy, creativity, and depth in partnership.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Group Sessions</image:title>
<image:caption>Group work can be a powerful catalyst to notice our relational patterns, lean in to growth edges, build communication skills, and understand ourselves and eachother more deeply. I facilitate group experiences online and in-person that center authentic communication, nervous system mapping, boundaries, consent, and playful exploration.</image:caption>

      <image:title>ABOUT ME - A bit more personal…</image:title>
<image:caption>I grew up on the land of the Chickasaw and Quapaw peoples, colonially known as Memphis, TN. My childhood and adolescent years were a paradox of slow-paced beauty and a pain I couldn’t name. Alternative schooling gave me a deep sense of connection with the natural world. While religious extremism and dysfunctional family patterns introduced traumas that I had no way of metabolizing at the time. I went on to study psychology, human development, sexuality, somatics, and trauma. The practices, modalities, and tools I learned along the way didn’t answer my questions as much as they helped me ask better ones; they ultimately led me to my life’s work. I became the practitioner I wish I’d met in my 20s. I love using a variety of modalities to support individuals, partners, and groups to find healing and deepening aliveness through embodiment, authenticity, and connection. I specialize in nervous system restoration, trauma recovery, and intimacy. I facilitate group events as well, both public and private, and offer corporate trainings that foster self-awareness, mental+emotional health, psychological safety, creativity, collaboration, and effective communication in the workplace. When not working with clients or groups you can find me wild foraging with my two little ones, barefoot in my garden, studying Ayurveda or permaculture, traveling for new learning experiences, talking with strangers, and dancing every chance I get.</image:caption>
